ABOUT KEYSTONE LEASING

Keystone Leasing specialise in Hervey Bay Property Management including residential, commercial and rooming accommodation. Established in 2016, but with over 10 years of local industry experience, Keystone Leasing have extensive knowledge of the Hervey Bay leasing market and can offer personalised advice to clients.

Having worked for large Real Estate Agencies in the past, Principal Cherie noticed a neglect for the Property Management side of Real Estate, where most agencies would prioritise the sales side of the business.  Passionate about Property Management, Cherie left her agency job and started Keystone Leasing.

At Keystone Leasing, we pride ourselves on providing an equal service to both landlords and tenants. When it comes to finding landlords a tenant, we carefully consider each application, performing background checks and using our experience to find a trustworthy tenant. If you’re renting a property with us, we want you to feel as if your rental is your own home, negotiating with landlords to provide flexible arrangements for pets, minor renovations and more.

Our opening hours are 8am-4pm Monday- Friday; however, Cherie is readily available via mobile to answer any questions her tenants and landlords have.

THE PROCESS

With 10 years of industry experience, and 4 of those as Keystone Leasing, Cherie has created a streamlined process that ensures tenants and landlords experience a stress-free process.

When you contact Keystone Leasing, you will speak directly to Cherie who will explain Keystone Leasing’s list of services and the process behind getting your property ready for lease. This includes photography, listing the property on Domain and Realestate.com.au and booking viewings.

At Keystone Leasing, we require all applicants to view the property so that only serious enquiries come through. Once your property receives applicants, Cherie will discuss options with you, providing professional advice to select the most appropriate tenant. In the final stages of their application, the tenant will go through a verification check of their licence and income before approval is offered.
